Learn something, meet someone, leave with a drink in hand.
CE every month, Boards with Brie and happy hour every quarter, a self-defense seminar for agents who show property alone, and a holiday party once a year. All of it free to the Hampton Roads real estate community.
What we run

Recent CE session: instruction by Cynthia Nahorney of Fidelity National Title, closing with our attorney Q&A panel.
We partner with local loan officers on every CE course and rotate through office spaces across Hampton Roads. If you'd like to sponsor or host one, tell us.

Agent safety & self-defense seminar
Created by Brett, a Pedro Sauer black belt, for agents who walk into empty houses with strangers. Situational awareness, pre-showing screening, and hands-on technique that works in a hallway, not a dojo.
Held quarterly, free, and open to any brokerage. We'll also run it privately for your office.

Recent safety seminar. Check in, learn the principles, then work them on the mats.
Boards with Brie
A networking night for women in real estate and the industries around it, hosted four times a year at our law firm. Briana Thompson, our head of marketing and sales, makes the charcuterie boards, cocktails, and mocktails, and you meet local business professionals you actually want to know. No presentation, no name tags.
Drop your card at the door for the giveaway. Next up: November 18.

What's coming up
Monthly CE lands mid-month; quarterly events rotate through the calendar. Register once and we'll remind you.
Monthly CE dates are announced separately. Register below and we'll send them as they're scheduled.
Holiday party
One night a year we close the files early, fill the conference table with food, raffle off more gifts than anyone expects, and thank the clients and partners who kept our closings on schedule.
Sweaters encouraged. The red velvet suit is not negotiable.
